Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect from 9 am Monday to 9 am
CST Tuesday.

Bitterly cold Arctic air will continue to affect the region
through Tuesday. Low temperatures tonight will drop as cold as
10 below to 15 below zero with northwest winds 10 to 15 mph.
The combination of the wind and bitterly cold temperatures will
produce dangerous wind chills of 25 below to 35 below tonight into
early Monday morning.
