Honorable Senator,

It’s with a some reluctance I say good riddance to you and not just you, but politicians that are better described as sunshine patriots rather than pillars of our Union as was so long ago. Our people were beat up at Town Hall Meetings and nothing was done or even said. They are slandered in the press. Violence was on the Union’s hands and yet you do nothing. The President of the United States is now asking citizens to snitch on each other and you do nothing. You’re response: to look for greener pastures.

You leave your post at a critical time. There is an anti-incumbent tide that is coming to all your shores both for the democrats and the republicans. You’ll escape it because you’re seeking your own gain.

May God have mercy on us all and bless America with insight to see the error of her ways. And that God would also protect her citizens and awaken the good men from doing nothing when such wrongs are committed.
