The Obama surrogates deflect and obfuscate fair questions by calling it smears or distractions.
Obama has had a historical and meteoric rise to top tier of politics. How? I still don’t know. I do know that all that is liberal is in love with Obama and even the fringe of black society. The fringe like Farrakhan that called Obama “the Messiah”.
Putting divinity aside, it should be disconcerting to every reasonable American that we need strong leadership both financially and militarily speaking. It’s really easy to blame everything on Bush, but it doesn’t make it true. Democrats helped bring us to this financial heap wether you admit it or not. To this blogger financials take a back seat.
To some very dumb people it’s a smear to ask about Obama’s friends or known supporters – Ayers being both. Why is it not relevant that Obama launched his state career in the un-convicted Ayers’s house and served on boards with him. That’s not “just a neighbor”. The fact that he held a Kenyan citizenship until he was 21; or the fact that he studied the koran and his step dad was an irregularly practicing Muslim – that means he just wasn’t devout but he went to Friday prayers; or the fact is he gave $800,000 to an ACORN front company and represented them in litigation.
The fact is IF there is no security there is no economy. I don’t believe Obama is qualified to lead our armed forces. That’s why I won’t vote for him. Again, Obama is not qualified to lead our armed forces. It’s pretty simple. Our adversaries like Venezuela (Chavez), Iran, & NK, (to name a few of the main offenders) are fueled by fresh Russian arms; the new cold war is unfolding as we speak and half of America is about to vote for platitudes like “hope” and “believe”. My “hope” is in the US and all of us being united – hope is not one Chicago politician who can’t even shoot a gun, let alone lead one of the largest standing armies in the world.

Venezuela is not your adversary, as a Venezuelan myself I can tell you that Chavez is not going to last forever, so don’t blame the country, blame the man…
Brian, your absolutely right. What I meant to say was Chavez. Thanks.
